Supply chain partner assessment and grading is fully integrated into our Safety Management System and continually monitored to ensure our exacting standards are maintained throughout our supply chain. We ensure the competency of our people at all levels, providing access to the best available external vocational training, as well as supporting our internal values using our own training team to underpin our culture and philosophy. Smart Living Place also successfully designed and developed an online testing system underpinning worker knowledge to ensure their ‘knowledge fitness’ prior to commencing work on our high-risk projects.

We pride ourselves on our excellent managed health strategy, covering a range of services for our staff and workforce. Our people have access to a company GP and undertake safety critical and health screening medicals, ensuring the fitness of our workforce.
